It’s time to take the Prep Club to the next level.  This season it’s all bending the rules a bit, getting creative, and exploring that unexpected mix of  bright colors and bold patterns.  It’s a loud trend, but it can be done. Somewear: “Little Man” Sip & See

This Saturday my sister and I are hosting a Sip & See for my best friend’s baby boy!  He is one month old now and it’s time to show the little guy off!  Being the fashion lover that I am, I wanted to choose a theme that could incorporate some “little man” styling with ties, staches, and the works!  I’m not exactly sure what I’m going to wear to this shower shindig, but I know I want it to subtly reflect my “Little Man” theme without looking too contrived.  I want mens inspired, but not too masculine or androgynous.

Touring the University in Lausanne, Switzerland

‘Tis the season for end of summer travel.  My girlfriend will be visiting Lausanne and touring the University there.  The weather can be cooler this time of year, so it is important to dress in layers.  I like this outfit for her, because it’s somewhat scholarly, yet comfortable enough to last her all day.
