James will bring about a new kind of life to the color grey similar to what the movie “Sideways” did for Pinot Noir wines everywhere.  Of course, I haven’t actually read the book, but I’m assuming it’s about a fashion designers obsession with monochromatic colors.  No?

I’m super excited for tonight’s cocktail party at the Dallas Museum of Art.  This is the first exhibition devoted to Gaultier, the haute couture designer who has long been known as the “enfant terrible” of French fashion. I’m proud to say that Dallas is the first of only two U.S. cities on the international tour. Tonight I’ll get to see highlights from Gaultier’s couture and RTW collections dating back to the early 1970s and ending in 2010.
