Labor Day Party Poolside at the SLS Hotel

Some say it’s the last day you can wear white.  I’m not sure I buy into that, but this color sure will look good basking in the sun or lounging in a cabana on the rooftop of the California SLS Hotel.  I wish I was going to be there, but it’s my girlfriend, Jennifer, who needs a fab poolside number for this weekend’s festivities.  I found some amazing Labor Day sale items at ridiculous prices, so if you have the time this weekend, I suggest doing some serious online shopping!

Somewear: Airplane to Barbados

My girlfriend, Katie, is leaving for Barbados this week and she needs a good comfy, but cute, airplane outfit.  Something that can easily take her from “on the plane” to “on the beach.”   I usually try and pack a scarf or cardigan incase the cabin gets too cold.  And rule number one when traveling: always pack your essentials in your carry-on.  For Katie, it should be a bathing suit.  I mean, you need to be wearing something to sip your sangria in.
